Aims & Objectives

2. Shall undertake and assist all the welfare programmes and projects for the poor, SC/ST, Backward, under-privileged, needy, deprived and handicapped children and women by the organization itself or in collaboration with the financial and technical assistance from other organization/Trust/ Associations/ Societies/ Agencies / individuals in rural and backward areas specially and shall also work for family welfare programmes in the community.

3. Shall co-operate/associatiate with the local National or International Institutions/Organizations/Associations/Foundations/Trusts/Societies/Agencies having the same objectives as laid down by our organization.

4. Shall purchase and acquire land from Govt./authorized agencies for schools, colleges, old age names, orphanages, hospitals, dispensaries etc. to fulfill the aims and objectives of the organization in any part of India and abroad.

5. To hold, sponsor, organize conferences, seminars, youth camps, retreats, study classes and meeting for the spiritual edification of the gospel workers as well as special crusades and revival meeting for the welfare of common man.

6. Shall accept grants, contributions. Donations, subscription and land for the propagation of the aims and objectives of the organization from satate and central Govt. /Foreign govt. /institutions/organizations/associations/trust/foundations/societies/individuals and other foreign sources.

7. Shall open and run institutions for general education, technical education, engineering education, management education, computer education or/and

8. any other field of education in India and also in other countries if whenever needed as per Govt. policy and after getting affiliation and recognization from govt. authority.

9. To provide as far as possible as the Trust is able to, monetary and or other relief and or social activities such as famine, flood, earthquake and other relief work, helping the victims of natural calamities and other activities in a manner which will help and uplift the community in general in time of such calamities.

10. To approach and encourage people to donate blankets, drugs, cloths, coking utensils, cutlery, crockery and the like in order to provide articles for daily use to men, women and children of any caste, creed, nationality, sex, religion or community. To provide shelter both permanent and temporary, to assist as far as possible in supplying medicines or other life preserving measures in times of natural calamity or disaster.

11. To open, found establish, promote, set up, run, maintain, assist, finance, support and or help the various community development programs and or activities as well as to assist in the monetary contributions or other assistance in construction, development of community halls, marriage homes, pio, dharamshala, night shelter, shochalay, old age homes, orphanages, health care centres, charitable dispensaries, hospitals, libraries, reading rooms, play ground, prayer halls, stadium (indoor and Outdoor), or institutions for the use of and welfare of the general public.

12. To establish, maintain or grant aim for the establishment or maintenance of wells, tube-wells, tanks, water reservoirs, trees and also to construct and maintain paths, roads, khadanja, bridges, sewerage, building and other institutions which are used by the general public.

13. To assist, to the best of best of its ability, in establishing institutions for the rehabilitation of destitute widows, old men and women, the poor, beggars, handicapped, blind, deaf, dumb, and mentally disadvantages persons.

14. To take up effective reasonable and lawful measures for addressing problems, affecting the blind, mentally handicapped, deaf, dumb and other disabled persons by providing for them facilities, such as technical schools, to promote their future independence as well as offering them protection and promoting their advancement.

15. Shall open and run institutions for research in the field of medical science, engineering science, environmental science and universal religion along with medicines and to invent/explore new medicopathy which shall be cheaper and effective than other medicopathy for diseased/ailing people. The society shall and run study courses of four and five years duration comprising theory and practical for exploration of this esteemed medicopathy. The successful candidates shall be awarded and given recognition of their achievements as per laid down norms of the socio-educational health and allied trust.

16. Shall facilitate family counseling including pre marital and marriage counseling services and provide solutions including legal aid for inter-family & inter-community problems. For the said can be the organization shall open and run family counseling centres.

17. To establish, run, manage and maintain school with the objective of providing nursery, pre primary, primary, middle, secondary, senior secondary and higher education to children and students by seeking recognition and affiliation with the education departments already in existence by the government.

18. To subscribe or reimburse traveling expenses, or cost of board and lodging to students, who need to travel, in order to advance their educational skills. To bring other scholars from around the globe and provide a forum for academic, spiritual and social development.

19. To offer prizes, award scholarships. Issue certificates, diplomas and degrees as the Trust sees fit to deserving students and to offer all possible facilities to the student who are interested to go abroad for higher education.

20. Shall generate the fund for the corpus of the organization time to through the fund generation schemes of the organization and the fund generated there from shall be utilized in purchase/furtherance of the aims and objectives of the organization as per section 11(4A) of the income tax act.

21. To offer co-operation to and actively engage educational instruction, spiritual development, promote cultural understanding and offer assistance and support. The Trust is to, as far as possible, respond to the invitation of such bodies concerned, to help in all possible ways, in keeping with the objectives of the Trust.

22. To establish, run manage and promote training centres such as fishery, poulty, goatery and other animals husbandry skills with the objectives to train young persons of minority and otherwise handicapped classes. Such efforts are for the purpose of equipping these persons with skills to enable them to obtain self employment or employment with other persons and thereby assist in combating the problems relating to unemployment

23. To establish and maintain institutions for the handicapped, blind, deaf, Dumb, poor, minorities, backward classes and other needy people. It is the aim of the Trust to provide training in household skills, semi skilled jobs and the like, as well as providing them with other facilities such as hostels, medical aid, food, clothing, transport and sustenance so as to assist them to establish new business.

24. To establish, setup, run, promote, finance and support hospitals, charitable dispensaries, mobile dispensaries, maternity homes, maternity clinics, child welfare centres, convalescent homes, sanatorium, hostels and other similar institutions or facilities for provision of medical relief.

25. To advise and provide information and education and useful knowledge as well as medical advise to the general public as well as patients who are diagnosed as being terminally ill.

26. To establish, set up, run, promote, maintain, finance and support clinics and centres for diagnostic, curative and research facilities for the relief of patients suffering from Cancer T.B., HIV, AIDS and other Sexually Transmitted Diseases.

27. To establish clinics and centres for the education of women and men in family planning matters. To educate mothers and fathers-to-be in matters relating to pre-natal preparation of educate mother and child.

28. To offer assistance to mother in the care of newly born children and offer advice and care in situations where pre-natal and post-natal depression and other related symptoms arise.

29. To offer services to women of the general public in matters relating maintaining general health and hygiene of women. To offer instruction to men & women on matters relating to family planning. Sexual hygiene, contraception, sexually transmitted diseases and other related medical matters.

30. To promote campaigns by lawful means in order to educate, discourage and in all other ways possible the dependence of the public in alcohol, drugs and other addictive substances.

31. To provide care, board and lodging, education and guidance to street children and prostitutes; who are dependent on these means for daily living.

32. To promote such awareness by organizing meetings, seminars, gathering etc and to have expert people such as doctors, nurses, lawyers, rehabilitation persons and other experts to instruct addicted and other interested persons in the community.

33. To make arrangements for ambulance or other motorized or non-motorized transport to victims of illness. Accidents, crime or other persons of the general public in need medical treatment.

34. To bring awareness to the public on matters relating to preserving the environment providing students with training on the harmful effects of pollution and other practices, other wise detrimental to public welfare.

35. To encourage participation in projects of re-forestation, cleaning and maintenance of clean waterways, control of air pollution etc. Organization of camps, seminars, gatherings and adopting other teaching skills on management and preservation of the pollution free environment.

36. To encourage society to become more anti-pollution aware by granting awards, certificates etc for special efforts exercised by them in pollution control in residential, industrial and rural areas.

37. To organize the development of the arts. To promote music, song and play performances. To encourage painting, pottery, sculpture, writing and poetry and other talents in the field of the humanities.

38. To assist in developing effecting communication between Government. Semi Government, National and International Agencies etc. and the general public. To collect information, notices etc from these sources and provide it to the members of society and the general public.

39. To approach competent courts of law and to safeguard the rights of the general public as the needs arises.

40. To receive financial and non-financial assistance from the Government, the Non-Government organization. International Agencies, Banks and any other legal entity or individual.

41. To raise funds through donations, by request, by public subscriptions, by appeals and by accepting contributions from State o f Central Government, from individual contributions and or offering, by grants, presents. From philanthropic bodies, religions bodies, institutions, local bodies and industrial concerns, limited or private. To accept special offerings or gifts, both in the form of movable or immovable property for the purpose of fulfilling the aims and objectives of the Trust.

42. To collect offerings, gifts, or donations of all kind , whether from Government, Central or Semi-Government, all institutions, local bodies or industrial concerns, limited or private, wither the Union of India or from abroad, which will part of the funds available to the Trust whether the bodies are located in the Union of India or abroad.

43. To organize and raise funds, including donations towards the CM/PM Relief fund.

44. To purchase or acquire land or building in the name of the Trust for the upliftment and fulfillment of the aims and objects of the Trust.

45. To hold, lease on-otherwise gain possession of any kind of movable or immovable property and sell or exchange the same and / or utilize the proceed for the benefit of the Trust.

46. To invest or deposit money of the Trust, not immediately required for the purpose of the Trust, in a manner specified by the relevant rules in force from time to time.

47. To erect, construct, alter, maintain, sell, lease, mortgage, transfer, improve, develop, manage and control all or any part of the building of the above Trust, necessary or convenient for the purpose of the attainment of the aims and objects of the Trust.

48. To open and maintain offices, banking and other communication services in any part of the Union of India for he carrying out of the aims and objects of the Trust.

49. To use television, radio, literature, internet, correspondence courses, satellite or satellite disk or other apparatus, including Internet connection etc for the purpose to educate society in understanding welfare, community health, development, spiritual appreciation,family life, human rights and a lifestyle that will help improve the society in general

50. To establish and maintain contract and co-operate with other institutions, organizations in and outside India, having similar objects of this Trust. If the need arise, this trust is empowered to take over such institutions, organizations and carry on the affairs of such bodies under the regulations of this Trust.

51. To receive Indian or foreign volunteers with various skills to assist help, aid and participate to fulfill the objects of the Trust.

52. The activities and branches shall be spread all over Indian and also into different countries of the world and we try to get approval from CBDT.
